You all must be thinking each and everyday that why I have to struggle and bear the pain from creatures of God whom we also know as humans .These creatures must be any one of them ,they might be your friends, family , cousins,boss(mainly) and many others.

So if you are feed up of these thoughts and want to know the actual deep meaning of what is self motivation then you are on the right blog and without further delay i would like to tell you that there are some intelligent spieces on this earth who want achieve something good in their life like you😁😁😁.

But while following your dream and passion there is an instant where we all want to quit or stop doing whatever we are doing due to some or the other reasons like I mentioned above .So at that time the one and only one who is going to take care of you is yourself and no one other .

   And  now here comes the importance of your subconscious mind in maintaining your self motivation .Now you might be thinking "what does  brain has to do with it ???."

All the stuff present in front of your eyes  is saved in the subconscious mind and that stuff which might u have ignored to see or hear that remains saved in your subconscious mind and when people face problems in their present life, their conscious mind do not have answers to current scenario so sub conscious mind plays an important role here. It starts sending related thoughts to the current scenario.

These so called related thoughts are always negative and that is the reason u will feel exhausted and u will need some help to awoke from these bad and negative thoughts .So in this way brain has the most important role in your battle of self motivation .
