Yes. I know it is not good for us to sleep for eight to ten hours, but still we do not want to come out of that bedsheet for morning and hours. There are only 3 to 4 percent of people in this world who wake up when the alarm rings. Well every day we sleep at night or some people can sleep during the day also. But at least four to five hours of sleep is needed every day. But still we want to sleep more every morning and I know that waking up is not easy. It is not easy for me to do the same. But I am trying to get rid of it because it is affecting my life very badly. Find some goal or purpose that breaks your sleep.
From the above point I will make you clear one thing that you have to do it at any cost as I would like to share my goal with you that I have prepared a goal that I have to run a mile within 5 minutes and set a goal. After I see myself that I was overweight and could not even walk half a mile, but still I have fixed it and I am going to do it. You will be happy to know that it has been 25 days and I am getting up early in the morning. Now I can run a mile but still not in 5 minutes.
And now I have realized that it is very easy to fool your brain. The brain is the only part of our body that can be fooled by us. You just have to say one thing to yourself every morning that "hey mind just wakes up for a few hours after the workout we can sleep again" and will agree for yourself after your brain. It's not as hard as we think about getting up early
If you don't have any goals in your life then you have no right to live on this earth. Go and immediately set some goals in your life.
Because if you change yourself, the world will also change for you.
